The Goals
The Challenge
When Neo Agent partnered with Nomada Digital, they had a world-class product but almost no organic footprint. The site ranked for just a handful of brand or low-intent terms, and competitive visibility for “AI” and “MSP automation” queries was dominated by larger SaaS providers with established authority.
The challenge was clear: Create visibility from scratch in one of the fastest-growing SaaS categories and ensure that traffic converted into high-quality leads for demos and trials.
Client background
Neo Agent is a fast-scaling SaaS company building an all-in-one automation platform for Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
Their product combines AI-driven ticket triage, workflow automation, and integrated IT management - helping MSPs improve efficiency and profitability through smarter automation.
When they approached Nomada Digital, they were launching new product features and needed to translate their technical innovation into search visibility and market authority.
The goal wasn’t just to rank, but to own the conversation around “AI for MSPs.”
We were brought in to lead their SEO and CRO strategy designed to:
- Build topical authority.
- Capture commercial-intent search terms.
- Turn visibility into conversions through better on-site UX and CTAs.
The Strategy
With Neo Agent entering a competitive SaaS category, we developed a search strategy that would give them first-mover advantage for emerging “AI + MSP” terms.
SEO strategy: Establishing topical authority
We began by conducting a keyword and link gap analysis against core competitors (ConnectWise, NinjaOne, N-able). From there, we created a structured SEO roadmap targeting only high-commercial-intent keywords like:
- ai automation for msps
- ai tool for managed service providers
- automated ticket triage for msps
- ai ticket management for msps
- msp ai software
To build authority quickly, we optimised the homepage, core feature pages, and supporting blogs - interlinking them to form a cohesive topical cluster around “AI for MSPs.”
We also launched a data-led link building campaign, securing contextual backlinks from relevant B2B tech and MSP publications to boost domain authority.
CRO strategy: Enhancing the user journey
Once rankings began to improve, we introduced a series of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) tests to ensure that new traffic translated into product demos and trials.
- CTA testing: We compared “Book a Demo” vs. “Start 14-Day Free Trial” CTAs, assessing which messaging led to higher engagement.
- Sticky CTAs: Introduced a persistent “Book a Demo” CTA on mobile to reduce friction during long-scroll sessions.
- Content flow: Restructured pages to highlight key product benefits earlier in the user journey.
- Performance tracking: Monitored on-page behaviour via heatmaps and session recordings to refine UX.
By combining SEO and CRO, we ensured that Neo Agent didn’t just gain visibility - they gained meaningful engagement and conversions.

Filtering for these commercial “AI + MSP” queries, the growth has been significant when comparing October 2025 to July 2025.
Neo Agent added +8 keywords to the top #3, +7 new page-one positions, and achieved a +10.5 percentage point increase in Share of Voice.

Qualified traffic growth
What’s most important is that this growth came exclusively from high-intent, non-branded queries - not broad awareness or informational content.
Every ranking gain is tied directly to transactional or product-related terms such as ai tool for msps or automated ticket triage for msps, which are driving demo and trial conversions.
These keywords now account for over 70% of all organic traffic, up from less than 10% five months ago, signalling a sharp increase in the quality and commercial intent of site visitors.
